Thylander Gruppen invests in real estate together with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
The investments are organized so as to match the investors’ desired types of real estate, regarding i.a. application, location and risk profile. The extent of external financing is similarly established in accordance with the wishes of the investors.
We always have a unique strategy for each investment, the development of the property in question and the organization of any external financing, including the time frame hereof. All major terms and conditions are thus aligned with the investors of each real estate fund. Deviation herefrom is only possible with the consent of each individual investor.
All investors are provided the opportunity to participate in the board of the real estate fund in which they are active; a full report is submitted on a quarterly basis.
